Contract management and supervision follows a logical hierarchical structure with managers dedicated to the each geographical area namely Matabeleland, Northern, Eastern, Western, Southern and Harare Regions. The manager is overall in charge of all matters related to the respective region. Following on from there are Regional Managers who are responsible for the day to day operations in their respective area. Operations officers work under the Regional Manager and their number is dependent on the size of the operating area. The operations officers work shift ensuring that a contract is visited twice during the day and four times at night, twice before midnight and twice after midnight.

All observations are recorded in the Observation Book (OB) and this is available to the client so that they can track occurrences at their premises. The OB is also useful in the case of incidents which require written records or evidence.
